Didn't receive your sign-in email?
Sign-in happens via an email from us. If it never arrives, it's usually a work or organisation mailbox holding it back — here's how to move forward.
It's usually a work or organisation mailbox (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) catching the sign-in email in spam or quarantine.
How to move forward
Check spam and quarantine
Look in Spam/Junk. If you have an IT admin, ask them to release mail from no-reply@workos-mail.com — in Microsoft 365 it typically sits in the Defender quarantine at security.microsoft.com.
Try a personal email (easiest)
The fastest fix: use a personal email instead — e.g. Gmail, Outlook.com or iCloud. Personal mailboxes rarely block sign-in emails.
Try another email
Why does this happen?
Automated sign-in emails are currently sent from the shared sender no-reply@workos-mail.com, which locked-down organisation tenants often quarantine. The sender address will change once our own sending domain is set up.
If none of that works, call or text us — we'll figure it out together. As a last resort we can sign you in with a direct link that bypasses your email. We prefer SMS or a call.
