Language shouldn't be
a barrier to worship
«Enhver hørte dem tale på sit eget sprog»
Acts 2:6 · heard in Danish
OCvoice helps multilingual congregations worship together. Scan a QR code, pick your language, and listen along in real time — no app needed.
Hear it for yourself
A real Danish sermon and the translated voice, playing together in true time — the translation runs a few seconds behind, exactly as a listener hears it. Slide the balance, pick a language, read along. Not a studio demo.

How It Works
Speak
Your pastor preaches in their language. Audio is captured and transcribed in real time using AI speech recognition.
Translate
Each sentence is translated into all your chosen languages at the same time — with theological precision, so church terms are never lost.
Listen
Congregants scan a QR code and each picks their own language — or your technician routes the audio feed into your existing equipment. No app, no new hardware.
The craft
The details that carry the meaning
Catches the switch to English — mid-sentence
Danish sermons drift into English all the time: a quote, a song line, a verse. Many tools lose the thread at the switch. We hear it, mark it, and translate the whole thought as one.
Welcome — it is good to see every one of you.
Today we read from the Gospel of John.
“And the Word became flesh…”
Speakers, called by name
Introduce your regular speakers once, and the subtitles show who is talking — so a guest can follow the conversation, not just the words.
The service, as the system hears it: it follows the sermon and lets the worship be worship.
Hears the difference between song and sermon
When the band plays, translation quietly rests — and picks up again at the first spoken word. You choose how it behaves, and you don't pay to translate the music.
Every listener, met where they are
Most translation tools are app-only. We serve the whole congregation — phones for those who bring them, your existing FM receivers and headsets for those who don't.
Phone & earbuds
Scan a QR code, pick a language, listen along — subtitles and audio on their own phone. No app to install.
Your existing FM devices
Elderly members and guests who don't bring a phone still hear everything. Route a translated audio feed to the FM transmitters and headsets your church already owns.
Soundboard & virtual channels
Your technician routes clean translated feeds into the mixer or virtual soundboard channels — one language per channel, out to any device you like.
Not app-only. Not hardware-only. Both — from one session.
Why OCvoice
Church-Only Precision
We keep a custom dictionary for every language we support and tune each language pair by hand — so words like 'grace', 'Holy Spirit', and 'salvation' carry their true meaning. We're unusually strong where others struggle: speakers who switch between languages mid-sentence. And we keep refining as the system grows.
Nordic-First Engineering
Built by a Danish developer who goes to church — not a generic AI company. OCplan ApS in Herning built OCvoice out of a real need in a local Danish church, then expanded it to 60 languages. We understand Scandinavian church culture from the inside.
A Fair, Low Price — No Upsells
Simple pricing from day one — no minimums, no contracts, pay only for what you use. Cheaper than most, and the more languages you add the less each one costs. No premium 'good voices' tier, no upgrade fees — the same high quality for every church.
Works on Any Setup
Listeners use their own phone with any headphones — or your technician routes the audio feed into your existing mixer, soundboard, or headphone system. No new hardware required.
Premium Voices, No Upsell
Some services draw you in with a low headline price, then charge extra for voices that don't sound robotic. We don't play that game. We chose voices we believe sound genuinely good — not the cheapest, not the priciest — and every church gets them at one simple price. Quality isn't an add-on here; it's the only mode we offer.

Why We Built This
OCvoice wasn't built in a lab — it was built in a church. As a developer and churchgoer, I saw firsthand how language barriers kept people from fully participating in worship. No existing tool could translate a sermon with the precision that theological language demands. So I built one.
What started as a solution for one church in Denmark has grown into a platform serving multilingual congregations. OCvoice is built by OCplan ApS — a Danish engineering company in Herning. We're not a Silicon Valley startup chasing scale. We're churchgoers who understand that every word in a sermon carries weight, and that precision isn't optional — it's essential.

60 Languages Supported
Including right-to-left languages like Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, and Urdu
Multilingual speech recognition — English words in Danish sentences are recognized automatically
Quality scores are relative indicators based on standardized testing — not guarantees. Real-world accuracy in controlled environments (e.g., church services with clear audio) is typically significantly higher.
What It Actually Costs
Full transparency — pay only for what you use. No hidden fees, no feature gates.
One plan. Every feature included.
No feature gates. No upgrades. Every church gets everything — speech recognition, translation, our curated premium voices in every language, church glossary, unlimited listeners. You only pay for what you use, and you never pay extra for higher-quality voices.
Estimate your cost
Prices based on current API rates and may vary with session length and voice quality selected.
Estimate assumes a single discount tier across the month. Real billing settles by your actual monthly usage; crossing a threshold mid-month may give a slightly different bill.
OCvoice is still under active development. Prices are subject to change without notice.
On our roadmap
What we're working toward — no dates promised, listed so you know where we're headed.
More verified languages
We keep testing and fine-tuning language pairs by hand, moving them into the verified tier as they pass.
YouTube livestream integration
Watch the livestream and hear the translated voice in sync — for members joining from home.
Multi-channel sound input
Richer soundboard routing — multiple microphones and virtual channels feeding one translated session.
