Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember your settings and ensure the service works correctly.

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the service (cf. ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3)). Consent is not required for these cookies.

Login cookies (administrators only): When you sign in as a church administrator, cookies keep you signed in and help manage the login session. They can remain on your device after you close the browser. Signing out ends access to your account; you can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Listeners do not need login cookies.

Browser storage remembers your interface language, listener language and administrator audio and session preferences. You can delete these preferences in your browser settings. The selected listener language is also used to deliver the requested translation.

Error monitoring on the signed-in dashboard and administration pages: Temporary session storage links masked session recordings sent to Sentry (see section 4 of the privacy policy). It contains a session identifier and activity times and is deleted when the tab closes. This recording storage is not used on the public website, church pages, listener pages or broadcaster pages.

OCvoice uses no third-party cookies. We do not use:

• Advertising networks
• Social media plugins
• Fingerprinting or cross-site tracking

We count page views on our public website with our own counter. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and records no identifier: only the page and the website you came from, added up per day.

You can manage and delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking the necessary session cookie will prevent you from signing in as an administrator.
