Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OCvoice, provided by OCplan ApS (CVR 42665797), Herning, Denmark. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
OCvoice is a real-time speech translation service — typically for church services and meetings — that participants can listen to or read on their own device. The service is provided as-is and may be changed, improved, or discontinued over time.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for protecting your access and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate, up-to-date information.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or to redistribute the service without agreement. We may restrict or close access in case of misuse.
4. Pricing, credits and payment
Use of the service may be billed via credits or subscription as stated at the point of order. Prices and terms are shown at purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, consumed usage is non-refundable once delivered.
5. Translation quality
We strive for high precision, but automated speech-to-speech translation can contain errors. Translations are provided as an aid and are not an authoritative or certified rendering. Decisions should not be made on a machine translation alone.
6. Intellectual property
OCvoice, including software, design and trademarks, belongs to OCplan ApS or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy. By using the service you accept that processing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OCplan ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from translation errors, interruptions, or unavailability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or for operational reasons.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
