Theological precision,
proven out loud
Anyone can claim accuracy. We'd rather show you a real minute of a real sermon — including the mistake it survived.
A real case, from our own demo
The word was 'nåde'. The microphone lost it.
In the one-minute demo on our front page, the speaker lands on John 1:14 — 'full of grace and truth'. The recognition mishears the phrase and drops the word for grace entirely. Here is what happened next.
«…fuld af nåde og sandhed»
«Fuld afde og sandhed»
the key word, garbled
«…full of grace and truth»
meaning restored
A word-for-word tool would have translated the garble — or guessed. Because 'nåde' is one of the core concepts in our curated church dictionary, the system recognized the phrase from John 1:14 and restored its meaning — the way a good human translator quietly repairs a speaker's slip. We left this mistake in our public demo on purpose: it shows the system working, not a polished recording.
Why church language breaks ordinary translation
Loaded words
'Nåde' is not generic kindness, and 'frelse' is not rescue from a burning building. Church words carry doctrine. Translate them loosely and the sermon quietly changes meaning.
Mid-sentence English
Danish sermons drift into English — a quote, a verse, a song line. Many tools lose the thread at the switch. We hear it and translate the whole thought as one.
Song is not sermon
Worship shouldn't be narrated. The system hears the difference between singing and preaching, and rests during the music.
A dictionary we maintain by hand
A fully stocked dictionary of theological concepts — grace, covenant, atonement, the Spirit — each with a curated rendering in all 60 languages, reviewed and tuned so the central words of the faith land the same way every Sunday.

Verified means we listened
Languages marked 'OC Voice Verified' have been tested and fine-tuned by us — measured for precision and natural flow on real sermons. The rest are fully supported at high quality and labeled honestly. Every language and its status is on the languages page.
See all 60 languagesWhat we won't claim
You will find no invented accuracy percentage on this page. Translation quality varies with sound, speaker and language — a vendor quoting one flat number for everything is selling, not measuring. What we offer instead is a real recording with its mistakes left in, and a language list that says plainly which pairs we have verified. Judge us by what you hear.
